Our indoor facility has access-controlled entry, alarm systems and extensive CCTV coverage. You secure your own storage room with a padlock and retain the key to your padlock.
Can I change to a different sized unit?
Yes. You can move to a larger or smaller storage room at any time, subject to availability, with no penalty for changing size.
How do I secure my storage room?
Secure your storage room with your own suitable padlock or purchase one from us for £3.50. You retain the key to your padlock.
Can you accept deliveries for me?
Yes. We can accept deliveries on behalf of our storage customers.
Are my contents insured while in storage?
We offer an optional Goods Protection Plan from £0.70 per £1,000 of declared value per week. For example, if your Goods have a full new replacement value of £5,000, the plan would cost £3.50 per week.
The value declared should reflect the full new replacement value of your Goods and can be updated if the value of your Goods changes while in storage.
You can also arrange your own suitable insurance if you prefer. If using your own insurance, you should check with your insurer that your Goods are covered while in self storage and for their full replacement value. We may ask you to provide evidence of cover.
Our Goods Protection Plan is not insurance. Full details of both options are explained during sign-up.
Do you price-match competitor quotes?
